At Travel Storage Shop, we are committed to delivering your travel gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons:
    • Toiletry Bags: Cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
    • Pack Covers: Not eligible for return if used or damaged.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
